What I Am Really Thinking Is……

Jason Bay (free agent outfielder) will be announced today as the newest New York Met today, January 5th, 2010. In the press conference filled with flashes and media he will say how great it is to sign with such a dedicated and committed organization but then again all players say that to probably justify their signing bonus. Every ball player really wants to be a Yankee. So what’s really going through their head during their introductory press conference is more like, “I really like my Ford Focus but I would rather be driving a BMW “M” series instead.” He, deep down inside, really wishes he was playing across town.

Another Decade

I just want to express a Happy New Year wish to everyone who touches my heart and to those slightly out of my reach. May 2010 bring health and happiness to you and your loved ones. Anything more than good health and happiness is a bonus. Don’t be greedy!!!! Enjoy.

Now that the Dr. Oz Show is becoming a huge hit I will be looking less likely in need of a straight jacket. People I am surrounded by think I live my life as if I am trying to reach the age of one hundred fifty two. I do the best I can by living a healthy lifestyle eating mostly the right foods, maintain my daily fiber and vitamin intake, exercise, limit cell phone use, avoid unnecessary chemical exposure and cross on the green but by no means do I want to be around that long. I don’t want to one day say “Well, I should have ate better”, or “I should have done this or that”. Thanks to Dr. Oz and his extremely informative shows on healthy living all that I have been saying to people for that past five years is starting to sound not so crazy.  Besides, it sounds better coming from a doctor.  Thanks again Doc, I enjoy your show.
